Share of D2C shipments 2019-2020, by shipping origin
In 2020, most of the online orders were still marketplace-shipped with a share of 65 percent. In contrast, 35 percent were self-shipped orders. In 2019, the share of self-shipped orders was significantly smaller. Therefore it shows that between 2019 and 2020 there has been an increase in the share of self-shipped orders and a decrease in the share of marketplace-shipped orders.
